William F. Hague, Sr., 88, of Robinson, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 28, at Robinson Cemetery, 620 E. Stegall Rd., Robinson, TX. The family will receive visitors 6 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.
William was born November 23, 1926, in Levi, TX, to Hugh and Martha Hague. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving in the Navy Seabees during World War II. He served on the Robinson School Board for 27 years and was a Mason. William worked as a contractor and homebuilder until he retired.
William was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; five sisters; and twin son and daughter.
William is survived by his wife of 70 years, Florene Busby Hague; daughter Deborah Hague Shaw; sons Will Hague, Jr, and Robert Earl Hague, and wife Sue; two grandsons Corey Shaw, and Jared Shaw and fiancée Penney Hapenney; sister-in-law Dorothy Hague; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
