Penny welcomed their first child, Laurie. The family then settled in Duncanville, TX, where their
other two children, Tammie and Cody, were born. In 1991, Larry's dedication and expertise
earned him the position of Water Quality District Manager with the Texas Natural Resources
Conservation Commission, which led to their move to Waco, TX. Robinson, a small town near
Waco, became their beloved home for the next 33 years.

sense of humor that brought joy to those around him. Known for his exceptional problem solving
skills, Larry could fix anything and was an accomplished wood carver of duck decoys.
