Timothy Bernard Sterner, 47, of Waco, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 4, at Highland Baptist Church, 3014 Maple Ave, Waco. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors 6 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 3, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.
Tim was born July 26, 1969, in Baltimore, MD, to Leighton and Carolyn Sterner. He worked for the Texas Farm Bureau and part-time for Chick-fil-A. He was an amazing and talented puppeteer and enjoyed ministering to children through his puppet ministry. Tim was a loving husband and devoted, caring father, who was greatly loved and will be missed.
Tim is survived by his wife of 19 years, Lisa; daughters, Zoe, Alyssa and Rachel; sons, Zachary, Kyle, Gabriel, Joshua, and Josiah; his mother Carolyn Sterner; father, Leighton Sterner Jr., brother, Greg Sterner and wife Diane and their children Matthew, Justin, Andrew, Corban, Nathan, and Eden.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Sterner, Cecilio Carrasquillo, Zachary Sterner, James Kemp, Darren Meyers, Tomas Marquez, Peter Latimer, and Kaden Keller.
