He proudly practiced his forty-year career and established many life-long friendships until his health started declining in 2016.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Nicole Kappes and husband Ryan and their children Logan, Landon, Kannon, and Kolton; his son, Paul Thompson and wife Paige and their children Braley, Brooke, Kole, Lindsey, Noah, Nash, and Gunner.
The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Loden and Lauren Armstrong RN for improving the quality of our dad’s life in the last five months and the nurses of Ascension Providence 3 East for their excellent care and compassion.
