Sylvia Clements

Sylvia Lou Clements, 79, of Lorena, went to be with her Heavenly Father, Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Services will be 10 am, Friday, February 3, 2017, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., with Jimmy Lane and David Tayler officiating. Burial will follow at Eddy Cemetery. The family will receive visitors, Thursday, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
Sylvia was born, September 7, 1937. She worked at Smith SoRelle Ins., Merrill Lynch, and co-owned A&S Ceramics. She was quite an artist, making porcelain dolls and lace draping. Her joy in life was singing Christian songs in her beautiful voice. She lived for the Lord, her family, and her little black poodle- Blackie.
She is survived by her two sisters; Joan Hargrove of Troy, and Anita Kelley and husband Bob; nine nieces and nephews and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
The family appreciates the wonderful care the staff at Wesley Woods gave her and would like to thank Shayla, Cathy and Willie Mae from Interim Hospice.
