Sheridan McMinn

Sheridan Haggard McMinn, 73, of Robinson, passed away Monday, September 22, 2014, at home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, September 26th at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, officiated by Terri Collins, a close family friend. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 25th at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
Sherri was born October 17, 1940, in Dallas, Texas to Roy (Rod) and Billie Purselley Haggard. Sherri was a homemaker and artist. She enjoyed painting with oils and watercolors. Over the years her work has been displayed throughout Waco and in the homes of friends. Sherri was fun to be around and you never left her home without a good laugh. She made everyone feel welcome and loved. She loved her family dearly and was happiest when they were around her.
Sherri was preceded in death by her parents.
Sherri is survived by her husband of 54 years, Cecil, her daughters Michelle McMinn of Robinson, Debbie Fredregill and husband Ray of Hewitt, and Allison McMinn of Robinson; brother, Randy Haggard; grandsons, Blake Aaron Yglecias and Cody Kocian, and one great- granddaughter, Jordyn,along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
