Rudy Marmolejo

Rudy Marmolejo Sr. 46 of Waco, went to rejoice with our Lord on Tuesday, August 27, 2013. A Rosary will be recited Saturday, August 31, from 3-4 pm and visitation will be from 4-5 pm at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Dr.
Rudy was born August 22, 1967 in Lubbock TX, to Richard Marmolejo and Celia Chavel. Rudy came to Waco in 1983 and attended University High School, where he met and married his high school sweet heart, Luz Aurora Perez. Upon graduation, Rudy joined the U.S. Army and lived in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Rudy was a very friendly person that enjoyed cooking and barbequing for friends and family. He also enjoyed playing billiards and dominos. He would lend a helping hand to anyone in need, he will be truly missed.
He was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by his daughter, Mia; sons, Rudy Jr., Christopher, Moses and wife Felicia, Benjamin, and Noah; mother, Celia Chavez; step-father, Ruben Marmolejo; sister, Ida Pecina and husband Henry; brother, Daniel; Pa Juan Perez and Ma Diocelina Perez; left behind, 9 grandchildren, 4 nephews, 1 niece and many friends.
