Ronald Alumbaugh ,57, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016 surrounded by family. Ron was born in Wichita, Kansas on October 9, 1959, son of Don and Mary Alumbaugh.
He spent most of his career employed at the City of Hewitt, where he was the city mechanic for over 26 years.
In his spare time, he loved building and racing cars with Lo-Side Racing. He was a man of many talents who was able to design, create, build, and fix anything and everything. Ron also enjoyed spending time with his family, relaxing in the pool, and being Maw’s #1. Only a select few are able to say they have been to Ron’s Bar over the years. Stay thirsty my friends.
Ron is survived by the love of his life, Kim Alumbaugh, of 38 years; daughters, Amanda and Lauren Alumbaugh; and godson, William Losak.
To honor Ron’s wishes, there will be no services. The family will hold a private memorial at a later time.
