Robert N. Tucker (Butch), 61, of Robinson, passed away Sunday November 20, 2016. Services will be 10am Saturday Nov. 26, 2016 at Waco Memorial Park, 6623 I35 South, with Marvin Donnell officiating. Lunch will follow at Cornerstone Baptist Church. The family will receive visitors Friday Nov. 25, 2016 from 6-8pm at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
Robert was born in Germany on July 11, 1955 and adopted by Charles and Madline Tucker. Later at the age of 14, Wallis and Ruby Rinewalt became his guardians after the death of his adopted parents. He married the love of his life, Sharon, on September 13, 1980. He worked for Southwest Vet clinic for over ten years and at the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo for over 20 years as a security guard.
He loved sports, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers. Robert was a lover of animals especially Little Bit, his cat; his dog, Leroy; and his pet pig Miss Piggy who he spoiled rotten with Shipley’s kolaches. He loved spending time with family and friends, barbequing, and being outside. He will be greatly missed by everyone.
Robert is preceded in death by Wallis and Ruby Rinewalt.
He is survived by his wife Sharon of Robinson; daughter, Jennifer Tucker of Robinson; son, James Tucker and wife Cathy of Robinson; brother, Roger Rinewalt of Waco; and sister, Judy Keillor of Harlington.
Pallbearers will be Josh Lehmann, Michael Wade, Dillion Staas, Sterling Copeland, Josh Mosby, and Brad Coqburn. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Robinett and Victor Montemayor.
