Robert Martin

Robert Wayne Martin, 57, of Robinson passed away, Friday, October 2, 2015 in Waco. A memorial service will be held at 1pm Wednesday October 7th at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco.

Robert was born on September 28, 1958 to Jamie and Helga Martin in Casper, Wyoming. He married the love of his life, Gina DeMaria on May 1, 1981 in Waco. Robert was a local business owner of Jet System Products for more than 20 years. He spent several years as part of the Patriot Guard. Some of his favorite hobbies spent with Gina by his side included camping, riding his motorcycles, caring for his precious lemon trees, gardening, and visiting the casinos. Robert loved his cats. He is known by many as one that never met a stranger and was a good friend to all.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jamie Martin.

Robert is survived by his wife of 34 years, Gina; mother, Helga Martin; brother, Mike Martin and wife Debra; sister, Liz Miller and husband Warren; mother-in-law, Lillie DeMaria; brothers-in-law, Gary DeMaria and wife Margaret, Greg DeMaria, Geof DeMaria and wife Elizabeth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
