Richard Earl Turner, 71 of Beverly Hills, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010, in a Waco hospital. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr. Richard was born in Waco, Texas, on May 21, 1938, to Percivil and Mary Turner. He graduated from Waco High School. He worked for Aronson (Karotkins) Furniture in Waco for 25 years and retired from Sellers Sales. He married Pat Carpenter on Feb. 16, 1959, in Groesbeck, Texas. Richard was a very fun loving person and loved his family very much. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and three sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Pat Turner; son, Ricky Allen Turner; daughters, Stephanie Sykora and husband, Jody, Lori Sisneroz and Tommy Sisneroz, Linda Bohannan and Scott Beaty; brother, Bobby Turner; sisters, Gloria, Christine, Lucille, Beverly; nine grandchildren, Holly, Darren, T.J., Brandon, Jade, Kristen, Taylor, Lacey, Jody III.
