Ramon Jimenez

Ramon Tovar Jimenez, Jr., 67, of Waco passed away Monday, August 30, 2021. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, September 3 at Waco Memorial Park with Pastor David Cozart officiating. A visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 2 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.

Ramon was born May 21, 1954 to Ramon Sr. and Angelina (Olivarez) Jimenez in Coolidge, Texas. He worked as a framing contractor for over 30 years. After retirement, he became his son’s right hand man in his remodeling business. They had the joy of working together for several years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ann Acevedo.

Ramon is survived by his wife of 48 years, Deborah Jimenez; daughter, Jill Jimenez and husband Bradley; son, Jason Jimenez and wife Jess all of Waco; three loving grandchildren, Joshua Jimenez, Janna Guardiola, Victoria Jimenez; sister, Sally Balderas and husband Manuel of Hillsboro; brothers, Ben Jimenez of Houston, Charlie Jimenez and wife Deanna of Waco, Jimmy Jimenez of Dallas, Reyes Jimenez and Juan Jimenez both of Waco; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
