Pedro Ramirez Vasquez, 70, of Waco passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2014, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Dr. with Rev. Michael Moore and Jessie C. Garza officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, May 11, 2014, at the funeral home.
Pedro was born Oct. 28, 1943 in Waco, to Merce and Dolores Vasquez.
Pedro is survived by sisters, Cecelia Garza and husband Jessie, Mercy Wilkerson and husband Morris, Virginia Fernandez and husband Beto, Mary Martinez and husband Gilbert, Gloria Vasquez and Yolanda Beltran and husband Emmett; brothers, Julian and Mike Vasquez; companion, Mike Townsend and his mother, Dorothy; numerous nieces and nephews; also his loving pet “Lil Boy”.
