Patty Dolezal

Patricia “Patty” Ann Dolezal, 63, of Waco, passed away at a local hospital, Saturday, February 1, 2014. Services will be 10 am, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Central Christian Church, 4901 Lake Shore Drive, with Pastor Brian Copes officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. The family will receive visitors, Tuesday, February 4, from 6-8 pm, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Dr.
Patty was born, December 19, 1950, in Waco, TX, to Ace Fontain Meeker and Helen Butrica Meeker. She graduated from University High School, class of 1969. She retired from McLennan County District Attorney’s office, hot check department in 2009.
She was fun loving and social. She was at her best when surrounded by family and friends, making people laugh and smile. Her closest, oldest friends were considered her sisters especially Nancy Williams. She dearly loved her brothers Artie, Joe and Johnny along with Tammy Meeker and Ashley and Stephen and always wanted the best for all of us.
She is preceded in death by Ace Meeker and Artie Meeker.
She is survived by her son, Chad Dolezal and wife Kristina; grandchildren, Jillian and Macen; mother, Helen Meeker; brothers, Joe and Johnny Meeker.
