Patsy Peck

Patsy Peck (Morris), 85 entered her eternal home on Wednesday December 6, 2023. She will be missed greatly.
Services will be at 1 pm Tuesday December 12, 2023, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home with Pastor Eddie Hayworth officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be at 12:00 (one hour prior) to the service, beginning at 1 pm.
Patsy was born July 10, 1938, to Grady W. Morris and Ila Mae Morris (Sales) in Clarksville, Texas, and graduated from University High (Waco, TX) in 1956. She married her high school sweetheart, Warren A. Yankie on December 22, 1956. They married in Bosqueville Baptist Church, Bosqueville, McLennan County, Texas. They were blessed with twenty years together and 2 children, Grady Mike and Deena, before Warren’s unexpected passing in 1976. Patsy later met and married Robert (Bob) Peck in 1985. Patsy and Bob shared 17 years together until Bob passed away in 2001 of cancer. Patsy worked for Bird-Kultgen Ford 46 years until she retired 2014. She was a member of Prairie Hill Baptist Church in Prairie Hill, Texas and loved her church family. Patsy was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword and word search puzzles.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Warren Yankie, Bob Peck, and brother, Grady Eugene Morris.
Survivors include her son Grady Mike Yankie and daughter Deena Yankie Myers and husband Michael Myers of Waco. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Justin E. Sanders (Karen) of Prairie Hill, TX, Richard W. Sanders (Meagan) of Atlanta, GA, Christina Bergeron (Henry) of Lewisville, TX and Michael Myers Jr. (Lindsey) of Meridian, TX; great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Avery, Londyn, Olivia, Owen, and Layla along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
