Patricia Betncourt

Patricia Ann Betncourt, 68, of McGregor, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday May 13 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco.

Patricia was born May 23, 1953 in Mt. Calm, Texas to Jesse and Gloria Doty. She attended school in Hubbard, TX. Patricia managed convenience stores or 22 years, touching many lives in her path. She was a very headstrong, independent, loving person that wasn’t afraid to speak her mind. She passed these qualities down to others. She worked hard all her life. She loved going on adventures and road trips with her kids and grandkids, especially spending time in the mountains. Her request was for her family to spread hers and her mother’s ashes in Estes Park, CO. Patricia enjoyed singing and jamming to music, cooking, drinking Dr. Pepper and watching her crime/paranormal shows every day. She loved her three fur babies, but her favorite thing in the world was spending time with her family. Being “Meme” was one of her roles she loved the most. Her family looked forward to her big country breakfast followed by a movie.

She is survived by her brother, Jesse Doty; son, Dannie Howell II; daughter, Kimberly Howell Brown; granddaughters, Kaitlynn Brown and Madison Howell; grandson, Jamie Brown and wife Blaze; great-grandchildren, Kahleesi and Silas Millen, Jaxon, Korbin, and James Brown.

The love she gave was unique and she will be greatly missed.
