Noel Cherry of Hewitt TX passed this life into the arms of our Lord on Sunday Oct. 15, 2017, at the age of 74. A memorial service in celebration of his life will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco TX with Rev. Morgan Woodard officiating.
Noel was born to Hubert Cherry and Opal Dale, who proceeded him in death, in Waco TX on Mar 21, 1943. He was known and will be remembered as a very kind, gentle, and compassionate man who loved his Lord and Savior. An excellent and professional handyman, he could repair anything that was broken. His love for his family and friends was open and genuine.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory son, Dwayne Cherry, daughters Misty Porter and Dorothy Love Martin, sisters Jan Griffin and Sue Beauchamp and husband Buddy, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
