Burness Neil Skinner, of Riesel, was born February 13, 1956 to Homer and Gwen Skinner and was the youngest of three sons. He was a Master Mason and past worshipful master in the Riesel Masonic Lodge #835. He worked over 20+ years at TU Electric, co-owned Skinner Brother Boats (with his brother Johnny Skinner), as well as, most recently at Central Texas Iron Works (CTIW) over the last 15+ years. He was a devoted father & son, and loved his family and his grandchildren the most. He would do anything for anyone if all they would do is ask, without asking or expecting anything in return. He loved hunting, fishing at the coast, and playing a round of golf. He will be deeply missed.
