Mildred L. Robert 82, of Waco, passed away at a local hospital Wednesday May 5, 2010. Graveside service will be 2 PM Saturday May 8, 2010 at Rosemound Cemetery with Father Timothy Vaverek officiating. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 PM Friday May 7th 2010 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Dr.
Mildred was born September 17, 1927 in Waco, to Jack and Bessie Mae Gilmore. She was a graduate of La Vega H.S, and worked as a Legal Secretary for McLennan County. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sons; 1 sister, and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her husband James L. Robert; 2 sons Don Robert, and Larry Robert, and wife Genna; 2 siblings James Gilmore and Marie Johnson; Children include James K. Robert, Robert Robert, Terry D. Robert, and Kiston Laosa; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
