Michael Ayala

March 4, 1989 — August 1, 2017

Michael Anthony Ayala of Houston passed away Tuesday August 1, 2017, in Waco at the age of 28. Visitation will be 11 am until 1 pm Monday August 7, 2017, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Drive. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pecan Grove Funeral Home with Rev. Jesse Ayala, Sr. officiating.
Michael was born March 4, 1989, in Waco, Texas, the son of Jesse and JoAnna Marie (Tortorich) Ayala. At an early age, he moved to Houston where he began his education at Greenwood Forest Elementary School. As he grew, he finished his education in homeschooling.
Throughout his life, he was employed at several seafood restaurants as a cook in Houston, Red Lobster and Tads Restaurants to name a few. He enjoyed repairing computers, listening to music and making videos to make people laugh.
Survivors include his father, Jesse Ayala; his mother, JoAnna Ayala; two sons, Evan Anthony Ayala, Jaxson Anthony Ayala; two sisters, Erica Ayala, Julia Ayala; paternal grandfather, Jesse Ayala, Sr., Paternal grandmother, Alice Ramriez; maternal grandparents, Peter and Linda Tortorich; Aunt, Jessica Lopez, Uncles, Jimmy Ayala, Richard Tortorich, Anthony Tortorich, Julian Ayala, Alex Hondo Ayala and several nieces.
