Mary “Maria” G. Lopez, 97, of Robinson passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held 10 am Monday, October 12 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Sunday, October 11 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
Mary was born June 1, 1918 to Carlos and Delores Gonzalez.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Vincente Lopez; and sister, Louisa Ramirez.
Mary is survived by her sons, Hilbert and wife Shirley Lopez of Waco, Jesse and wife Lucy Lopez of Waco, Tommy Lopez and daughter Lisa Daniel of Waco, Tony and wife Edna Lopez of San Antonio, Joe and wife Lynn Lopez of Greenbay, Adams Lopez of Copperas Cove; daughter Angelita and husband Joe Martinez of Waco, daughter Gloria and husband Juan Fonseca of Killeen; as well as 35 grandchildren and 77 great-grandchildren.
