Marshall Adams, 78, of Uvalde TX, formerly of Chilton, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014. There will be a private family burial at Chilton Cemetery.
Marshall was born March 26, 1936, in Marlin to Boyd and Freddie Adams. He grew up in Chilton and attended school there. He served 4 years in the military. After the military he worked at B.K. Auto Supply in Marlin. He later moved to Uvalde and married the love of his life Rita Rehm on June 22, 1968. He worked in Uvalde for Industrial Service and lastly as a bus driver for Uvalde ISD.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Rita Adams; sister, Betty James and husband, Duck; nephews, Glenn James and wife, Sharon and Gary James and wife, Lynn; great-niece, Morgan James; 2 great-nephews, Taylor and Tanner James; special care giver, Patty.
