Margarito Luna, 73, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016. The family will receive visitors 5-6pm Sunday, March 27, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, with a rosary recited at 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 28, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 104 E. Mayer Ave, Rosebud. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Rosebud.
Margarito was born March 31, 1942, in Rosebud, TX, to Joe and Antonio Luna. He served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Andre, Mequileez, Juan, Santos, Robert, and Reyes; and sisters Guadalupe and Natalia.
Margarito is survived by his sisters Josie Campos, Anita Lopez, Gerarda Montoya, Raymunda Franks, Mary Luna Diaz, and Rosemary Luna; brother Joe Luna; and 37 nieces and nephews.
