Marcela Ramos

Marcela Castillo Ramos, 84, of Waco, passed away Monday, September 26, 2016. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 30, 2016, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 6 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 29, at the funeral home, followed by a rosary, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Marcela was born January 16, 1932, in Falls, County, to Siprano and Matilda Castillo. She was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Castillo Sr.; and sisters, Rosalia Chavarria, Mary Francis Ramos, and Gabriella (Bobbie) Pecina;
Marcela is survived by her seven children, Johnny Castillo of Waco, Reyes Ramos and wife Alice of Waco, Mary R. Trevino and husband Mark of Waco, Rebecca Ramirez and husband Philip of Waco, Raymond Ramos of Waco, Helen Fajardo and husband Joe Sr. of Waco, and Freddy Bernal of Waco; brother, Pete Castillo Sr.; sisters, LeNora Castillo of Ft. Worth, and Pauline Castillo of Waco; eleven grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
