Lula Florine Phillips, 67, of Mesquite, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 at her home. A graveside service will be Wednesday, March 11 at 1pm at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, March 10 from 6 to 8pm at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
