Linda Kay Price, 74, of Waco, Texas, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. Visitation will be 9:00-10:30 Saturday, June 6 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr. in Waco with a graveside service to follow at 11:00 at Waco Memorial Park.
Linda was born to Guy and Vella Barnes of Milton, Kansas on February 1, 1941. She married Norman Price of Harper, Kansas in 1958. She worked most of her life as a bookkeeper and retired from Smith and Bratcher Law Office. Her loves included traveling, gardening, playing cards and dominos, watching kids and grandkids play sports, collecting Barbie Dolls, spoiling everyone at Christmas and most of all, family.
She was preceded in death by her first born child, Kenneth Roy, her parents, her husband and her four brothers.
Survivors include two sons, Tom Price of China Spring and Jerry Price and wife Natalya of Austin, daughter, Susie Light and husband Dana Light of Bosqueville, and grandchildren Leann Braun and husband Brian , Vladik Price, Katy Light, Daniel Light, Dalton Light and two great-grandchildren, Evan Braun and Lillith Braun.
