Lewis George Williams, age 77, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023 in Waco. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 27 at Lorena Cemetery, 846 S. Front St., Lorena, with Father Joseph Geleney officiating.
George was born September 14, 1946 in Waco, Texas to Loyd James Williams and Tiney Lorene Gunter. He was a true patriot and a proud US Navy veteran. George loved the outdoors, traveling and fishing, especially along the Texas coast. He enjoyed cooking for his family and trying out new recipes. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father; mother; and wife, Darlene Williams; along with brother, James.
Those he leaves behind are his wife, Vicki Williams; sons, Kevin Williams and wife Kasey, Jeff Williams and wife Crystal, and Paul Williams; along with numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
