Laura Powell

Laura Lorene Powell 88, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014, at a local nursing home. A graveside service will be 10 am, Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at Waco Memorial Park, with Pastor Robert Nelson officiating. The family will receive visitors, Tuesday, March 4, from 6-8 pm at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Dr.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Aubrey C. Powell Sr.; son, Gary Lee Powell Sr.; grandson, Gary Lee Powell Jr. She is survived by her sons, Aubrey Powell Jr. and wife Cindy, Andy Powell and wife Kim; daughter-in-law, Edwina Powell; grandchildren, Jamie Powell, Tonya Shilling, Anna Pavelka, Kelli Skarpa, Amanda Johnson, Bo Powell, Kevin Powell, Clay Powell, Tori Powell and Anna Powell; 16 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to, DeDe Melant with Southern Care Hospice, Royal Manor Nursing Home staff, Cathy and Kim.
Pallbearers will be, Jamie Powell, Bo Powell Kevin Powell, Clay Powell, Jacob Pavelka Trey Johnson, Brandt Shilling and Josh Johnson
