Larry Copeland, 57, of Mart, passed away Monday, November 2, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 1pm, Thursday, November 5 at Rosemound Cemetery, 3201 South 12th Street, Waco. The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm on Wednesday, November 4, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco.
Larry was born on July 24, 1958 to Jerry and Barbara Copeland in Waco. He was a painter for many years before becoming a rancher. He took great pride in ranching and loved caring for his cows. Larry was a Baptist by faith.
Larry is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Copeland.
Survivors include his father, Jerry Copeland; brother Roger Copeland and wife Robin; nieces, Kelly Copeland, Lauren Gray; four great-nephews; aunts, Mary Walts-Tate and husband Lonnie, Patsy Copeland, Betty Copeland; uncle, Guy Eagleburger and wife Kathy; and many cousins.
