Ken Bell, age 58 of Lorena, passed away on February 11, 2022 after over a two-and-a-half-year battle with brain cancer. There will be a visitation service on Wednesday, February 16th from 6-8pm at Pecan Grove Funeral Home at 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, for family and friends to say their goodbyes.
Ken was an amazing man with a strong work ethic and a big heart. He loved his horses and dogs. But his family and friends were his heart, and what he absolutely lived for. He had an accomplished construction career. He was married to Tammy Bell for over 35 years, and they had 3 children, and 1 granddaughter.
Ken was born Kenneth Roy Bell in Waco, TX to Walter “Buddy” Bell and Sondra Scott Bell. Ken is preceded in death by his father, Buddy Bell; his son, Chantz Bell; and his sister, Pam Prater.
Ken is survived by his wife, Tammy Bell of Lorena; his sons, Chase Bell of Cedar Park and Dylan Hammack of Waxahachie; his daughters, Cheyenne Bell of Waxahachie and Maria Bell of Cedar Park. He is also survived by his granddaughter that filled his heart BIG, Adeline Bell of Cedar Park. Ken is also survived by his mom, Sondra Scott Bell of Hewitt; his brother, Tim Bell and sister-in-law, Ovada Bell of Hewitt; his mother-in-law, Nellie Juanita Parker of Lorena. Ken was also survived by many nieces and nephews that he loved very much.
