Ray Gonzales passed away suddenly, Friday October 20, 2017, at the age of 50. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr.
Ray was born May 6, 1967, in Waco, Texas. On October 15, 1988, he married Elvera Ann Tijerina in Waco. Much of his life was spent in the landscape business. Preceding him in death was his father, Joe Beltran Gonzales, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Vera Gonzales; his mother Ramona T. Book; a step-son, Victor Burgos and wife Julie; one brother, Joe Gonzales, Jr and wife Mae Rivera; one sister, Yvette Garcia; four grandchildren, three nephews, Nichols Jimenez, Paul Garcia, III, Joe Gonzales, III, niece Stevie Rae Gonzales and many friends and extended family.
