John R. Snipes, 82, of Waco passed away Saturday May 4, 1013 in a local hospital. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Wednesday May 8, 2013 at Pecan Grove F.H. Interment will follow at Oakwood cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Pecan Grove F.H. 3124 Robinson Dr.
He was born to Robert and Velma Kile Snipes in Waco, Texas. He was proceeded in death by his parents, brother Lester, and granddaughter Miranda.
He is survived by his four children, several sisters and brothers, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
