Bobby Losak of Robinson passed away Tuesday night, November 1, 2016, at the age of 73. Graveside services and interment will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 7, at Rosenthal Cemetery with Jerry Freedman officiating. A visitation will be from 2 – 4:00 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 6, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.
Bobby was born February 26, 1943, in Waco, Texas to John R. and Mary Elizabeth (Maynard) Losak and was a graduate of Lorena High School. As a young man he raced cars and was passionate throughout his life about racing, farming, and ranching. After high school he joined the Army National Guard, and after training in South Carolina he came home and earned his plumbing license through TSTI. He then married Janice Evelyn McCracken and started a family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Bill Losak.
Survivors include his wife Janice Losak; a son, Cameron Losak; a daughter, Shannon Losak; a sister, Nancy L. Dancer and husband Steve, three grandsons, Connor McDermott, Colton Losak, Wyatt Losak Craig; and one great-granddaughter Alaina McDermott.
