Joel Lopez

Joel Jonas Lopez, 44, of McGregor, Texas passed away on August 29, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday, September 4 from 6pm to 7pm at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive. The Holy Rosary will be recited by Deacon Victor Beltran at 7pm, following the visitation.
Joel was born in Laredo, Texas on May 11, 1970. He is survived by his parents, Pedro Lopez and Teresa Rodriguez; fiancé, Tara Scholwinski; two children, Miranda Lopez and Joey Lopez; eight siblings, Pete Lopez, Ulysses Lopez, Mark Lopez, David Lopez, Ivan Lopez, Rocky Lopez, Cecilia Rosales and Erica Navarro. He also leaves behind an abundance of family and friends who loved him dearly.
