Mr. Joe E. Lopez, Jr, 86, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 30, at Oakwood Cemetery, with Pastor Joseph Fraga officiating. Visitation will be 6 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 29, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.
Joe worked for Central Produce for over 50 years, making many friends throughout Waco. He enjoyed a good laugh, dancing, listening to music, playing cards, scratching lottery tickets, and most of all spending time with his family.
Joe is survived by his wife Angelita Lopez; his children, Raymond, Danny, Isabel, and Joe III; step-daughter Lisa. Seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; along with his brother, Nick and sister, Ernestine, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed.
