Jamie Lynn “Lawson” Maricle, age 32, of Cego, Texas, lost her battle with cancer on April 18, 2016. A Celebration of Life will be held at Stonegate Community Church, Waco, on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
Jamie was born in Abilene, Texas on April 10, 1984 to Randy and Cheryl Lawson. She was a 2002 graduate of Lorena High School. Jamie graduated from Texas Tech University to follow her passion in life, being a kindergarten teacher. She taught at Thornton Elementary in Temple, Texas; and most recently at Chilton ISD where she was loved and adored by so many.Jamie married her one and only love, Alan Maricle on June 21, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and brother, Kent Cox. Jamie is survived by husband and son, Alan and Grady Maricle, parents Randy and Cheryl Lawson, sisters Cotii Huggins (Chris Richey), Amanda Lawson, many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
