James Roberts

James Floyd Roberts, 60, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, October 6 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco, with Pastor David Cozart officiating. The family will have a visitation one-hour prior beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will be private at a later time.

James was born May 8, 1963 to James Faudi and Linda (Anderson) Roberts in Redlands, California. He was a graduate of China Spring High School. He immediately joined the Air Force out of high school James served his country for about 15 years, serving during Desert Storm.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Samuel Roberts; nephew, Samuel Austin Roberts.

James is survived by his wife, Gina; sons, Mearlin and Griphin Roberts; parents, Linda and Bill Taylor; brother, Brad Taylor and wife Brooke; nieces, Maddicyn, Klohie, and Aerabella Taylor; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to their favorite charity in memory of James.
