Howard Ray Keller, 86, of Lorena, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 7 at Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Robinson with Dr. Cary Killough officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Cottonwood Cemetery. There will be a visitation held one hour prior to the service at the church, starting at 12:00 p.m. Services are under the direction of Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
Howard was born July 29, 1935 to William and Ruby (Purczinsky) Keller. He married Adele Crow in 1955 and they spent 66 wonderful years together. Howard retired from the Waco Fire Department after 39 ½ years. He was a Mason and a Shiner, serving for many years. Howard also spent 10 years serving in the Naval Reserves. He loved spending summers in New Mexico and the time he had with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Billy Keller.
Howard is survived by his wife, Adele Keller; daughter, Raye Hansen Jones and husband Corby; son, Randy Keller and wife Tami; grandchildren, Justin Hansen and wife Brittany, Taylar Hansen and wife Korrey, Dakota Hansen and wife Mandi, Miranda Sjolander and husband Kooper, Kandice Lammert and husband Nathan, Dustin Keller and wife Sierra; along with seventeen great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Dr. Goodsett, Dr. Davis, and all of the wonderful nurses on the fourth floor at Providence Hospital.
