Holly Kay Reneau, 58, of Waco, TX, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. A visitation will be from 5 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, with a Celebration of Life beginning at 6:30, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.
Holly was born December 24, 1963, in East Troy, Wisconsin. She worked as a nurse for over 29 years, dedicating her life to serving others. She worked at Ascension Providence Waco for more than 20 years in the surgery department. Holly was very outgoing and loved being around people. She was a great friend and was devoted to her family and friends. She met the love of her life, Mark Reneau and 16 years ago they married February 12, 2008. They loved road trips, especially to the Texas coast and went as often as they could. She loved living on the farm with Mark, working on different projects. She was happiest when she was working alongside her husband.
Holly was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Mueller; her brother, Greg Mueller; and father-in-law, Charley Reneau.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Reneau; brother, George Mueller and wife Deb; along with many nieces, nephews, other family members, friends; and her circle of friends at Ascension Providence surgery department.
