Henry had many friends and if in his presence, you would always be greeted with a warm smile, hand shake, or both. He was often referred to as a very good man, this was shown by his endless love and devotion while caring for our Nanaw. His most loved times were seeing his grandkids and great-grandkids on a regular basis. Our Dad, Paw, was loved and respected by many and will truly be missed, but always in our hearts.

Preceding him in death were three sisters, Jimmie Gent, Frances Simmons, and Clara Mae Wade; one brother, Sidney Taylor; and one grandson, Billy K. “BK” Robinson.

Survivors include his wife, LaVerle Taylor; son, Tim Taylor and wife, Patricia of Eddy; daughter, Shelly Phelps and husband, David of Eddy; sister-in-law, Mary Joyce Taylor of Alvin; five grandchildren, Britney Cheyne and husband, Dennis, Jake Taylor and wife, Victoria, Dustin Phelps and wife, Courtney, Brian Robinson and wife, Amy, Jason Robinson and Janella; and ten great-grandchildren, Tripp, Lesley, Dustin, Asher, Joleigh, Rosie, Weston Lee, Zayden, Brycen, and Hagen; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
