Hazel Moody

Hazel Hogan Moody went to be with her Lord in heaven, peacefully in her sleep at age 94 on June 17, 2016. Visitation will be Sunday June 19, 2016 4pm-6pmat Pecan Grove Funeral home. Graveside services will be Monday June 20 at 11am at Robinson Cemetery.
Hazel was born Christmas Eve, 1921 to Tolbert Hogan & Mamie Callaway Hogan. She married Bill Moody in Palestine, TX on April 25, 1943.
She raised a family and worked primarily in the insurance industry. She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, a sister Marguerite Fields, a brother, Jack Orvale Hogan, an infant daughter, Margo and grandson, Daniel Barrett.
She is survived by brother Bill Hogan, sister, Frances Woodard, son, Joe Moody & wife, Debra, daughter, Maymejo Barrett, and daughter Melissa Pryor & husband Michael. Grandchildren Jenna (Barrett) Olsen, Sean Moody, Brad Barrett, Derek Moody, Beth Barrett, Brent Moody, Jacob Barrett, Kyle Pryor, Matthew Barrett, Alye (Pryor) Watts, Shelby Barrett, Logan Barrett, Jared Pryor & 9 great grandchildren.
Hazel was loved by all she met. But, with her unconditional love & support she excelled as a mother & grandmother.
