Harold Stieg

Harold E.O. Stieg, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. A private graveside service will be held for family members.
Harold was born in Hallsburg, TX, on December 3, 1939, to Arthur and Selma Stieg, also of Hallsburg. He was a police officer for over 40 years for the Waco Police Department where he served as lieutenant, personnel and training commander, Swat Team commander, and head of the detective’s division. He loved every minute of being a police officer.
Harold is survived by his wife, Vicki Stieg; sisters, Helen Yarbrough, Doris Reich and Bill Bartek, Bernice Spector and husband Marc; daughter, Michelle Coronado; step-son, Matt Lindsey; granddaughters, Alissa and husband Coltin, Jessica and Trista; great-grandchildren, Kaislee, Penelope, and Jaxton. He was an uncle to Nicholas and Erika and children, Mason and Mallory; Ellen and Kenneth and children, Emily and Kate; Naomi and Robert and Aedan; and Connie and Stuart and children Sadie and Jeb.
