Fayrene Warren

Fayrene Warren, 90, of Robinson, TX, passed away Friday, July 21, 2017, in Sugar Land, TX. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 25, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, with Dr. Cary Killough officiating. Interment will follow at Waco Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 9 – 10:00 a.m., at the funeral home.
Fayrene was born Aug. 26, 1926, in Pittsburg, TX, the daughter of the late John and Colossee (Haught) Whatley. The family moved to Mt. Calm, TX, when she was a small child. She attended schools in Mt. Calm all her school years, graduating from high school in 1943. She was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Robinson, TX, since 1965.
Fayrene was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Warren, in 1991. Also, a sister Cherry Leathers; and brothers Adam, Douglas, and Rayford Whatley, all of Robinson.
Fayrene is survived by her daughters, Jeannie Nailling and her husband Lee of Texarkana, Ar., and Donna Dagley and her husband Bill of Richmond, TX; two brothers, Leo Whatley and Weldon Whatley; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
