Eva Sharnine Hall passed away peacefully in her sleep on the early morning of Friday, March 10, of 2017 in her own home. She had been battling lung cancer and COPD for about 3 years and she fought hard for her life the whole time.
She is predeceased by her parents Clara L. (Perry) Hall and Floyd W. Hall and her brother Ernie Hall. Eva is survived by her sister Beverly Collins; sister-in-law Tammy Hall; her children David Smith, Neal Busby, and Shawn and Alicia Beavers; her grandchildren Jessica Smith, Micah and Quinn; great-grandchildren Keira, Daniel and Valerie, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Eva was born on March 27, 1952 in Waco, TX to Clara and Floyd Hall and has lived in Waco ever since. The births of her children were the most special times in her life. She went on to work at Drug Emporium for over 8 years.
Her children and her faith in God were her life and focus. She had such encouraging stories of faith throughout her whole life that she never hesitated to share at any opportunity. She loved and cared for her children dearly. She was such a good hearted woman with an intense, unwavering faith. She is where her children get their crazy and goofy sense of humor and fun loving spirit from.
She will be greatly missed by many. Her loved ones are comforted in knowing that she had a saving faith in Jesus and now rests in peace with our heavenly Father and the rest of her family.
Visitation will be held for Eva on Monday, March 13, from 2 to 4pm at Pecan Grove. Eva's graveside service will be Tuesday, March 14th at 1pm at Rosemound Cemetery.
