Elizabeth Diane Pardee passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022. Funeral services will be 10 AM Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 N. Robinson Drive, Waco, with David Stinson officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Dawson, TX. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the funeral home.
She was born August 17, 1946 to Jack and Thelma (Wellard) Fisher in Crane, TX. Elizabeth’s love for her family was so immense. She loved spending time with her kids and grandkids, watching her grandkids sporting events, and attending family gatherings. Her favorite time of the year were the holidays where she loved to cook for her family. Her and her sister Jackie would start preparing a week in advance of Thanksgiving where they share lots of memories in the kitchen. She also enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel in her free time. Elizabeth and her late husband Gerald spent many years driving semi-trucks cross-country and they also owned a roofing company together.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Lamont Pardee; son Jack Pardee Sr.; sisters, Judy Hazen and husband Ralph, Carole Rosser and husband Allen, and Barbara Fairbanks and husband Larry.
She was survived by her daughters, Jeannie Martin and husband Kevin, and Rozanna Pardee; sister, Jackie Fisher; brother, Mike Fisher and wife Carol of Weatherford; grandchildren, Jack Lamont of Hinesville, GA, Nicole Martin, Brandon Martin, Keith Martin, Kenneth Martin; great-grandchildren, Jaxon Butler and Rhyder Holder; nieces, Angela Stinnett, Thelma Sipes and husband William, and Melody Fairbanks; nephews, Michael Ganaway and wife LaDena, Wayne Ganaway and wife Shandy, Ricky Ganaway, Troy Stapp and wife Tammy, and Dewayne Joplin and wife Penny.
Flowers may be delivered to the funeral home, but the family has requested any donations in lieu of flowers be made to the ALS Hope Foundation in honor of Elizabeth’s departed son, Jack Pardee Sr. (https://www.alshf.org/donate).
