Edward Wooley

Edward G. Wooley 81, of Lorena, went to be with his Savior, Sunday, June 22, 2014. A graveside service will be held, 2 pm, Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at Rosemound Cemetery, with Pastor Mike Outland officiating. The family will receive visitors, Tuesday, June 24, from 6 to 8 pm, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Dr. Edward was born, February 22, 1933, in Golinda, to Ripley and Freda Wooley. He served his country, in the Air force with four years of service. After the service, he worked for General Tire for 29 years and retired with Eddie Co Op Gin. He loved fishing and spending time with his family. He was a loving, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son and brother.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Barbara Wooley; sons, Rick Wooley and wife, Sharron and Rusty Wooley and wife, Margret; 2 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
