Edward Nicholson

Edward Cornelius Nicholson, Jr., 48, passed away August 19, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, August 26th, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, Texas.
Edward was born on February 11, 1966 to Edward Nicholson, Sr. and Wilhelmina West. He was married to Stephanie Moton, and together they had two children. He was a devoted father, husband, son, nephew, and uncle who delighted in telling about his family’s accomplishments.
Edward had an energetic personality, and easily discussed a variety of topics that arose in conversation. He was a friend to all who crossed his path, and enjoyed spending time with them. He commanded a room through his lively antics, stories, ever present smile, and boisterous laughter. Children were truly drawn to him. He was also an avid sports fan, especially devoted to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Edward is survived by his wife, Stephanie; three children, Jocelyn Price, Jessica, and Julian; father and stepmother, Edward and Yvonne Nicholson; mother, Wilhelmina Nicholson; brother, Alex Nicholson; sisters, Tonya Jones and Alicia Nicholson; uncle and aunt, Roscoe and Linda Jones, as well as many cousins
