She was preceded in death by her parents, Viola and Benjamin Maddox; her sister, Gladys Powers; and her brother, Jack T. Maddox.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Eskew; her children, Debbie Wilson, and husband, Elec (Wink), Donald Eskew, and wife Debbie, David Eskew, and Carolyn Haferkamp and husband, Rusty; grandchildren, Jason Wilson, Donald Eskew, Jr. and wife, Karen, Jennifer Wilson, Jeff Eskew, Brittney Eskew and her fiancé, Chris Marek, Emma Haferkamp and Kate Haferkamp; step grandson, Cody King and wife, Ashtin; great-grandson, Tyler Wilson; step great-grandson, Aiden King; brother, Jerry Maddox, and wife, Mary, and many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and words of encouragement during this difficult time. At her request, she will be remembered in a private, family service followed by internment at Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Providence Hospice, whose caring staff made it possible for her to spend her last days at peace, surrounded by family.
