Donnie White went to be with his Father in Heaven on July 7, 2023, at the age of 75. After many years of battling cancer, and weeks of aggressive treatment, Donnie passed peacefully at home with his wife and family at his side.
Donnie was born in Frost, TX on August 27, 1947, to Grover and Genell Abbott-White. He married the love of his life, Christine White, on December 23, 1966, and for over 56 years they were inseparable as they raised 4 children and multiple grandchildren. He was a master plumber who owned and operated 3 plumbing companies in Waco, TX with his twin brother, Ronnie White. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and especially spending time with his family. He was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and lived his life as an upmost Christian.
His fondest memories were spent with his family fishing, hunting, camping, or just spending quality time. His whole life was about his family, and he was the best husband, brother, dad, and papa. He was the patriarch of the family, always there when any of them needed him. His kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids spent countless hours sharing stories of all the memories that were made with him. He taught his daughters and granddaughters how to be strong women and showed them by example what a husband and father should be. He taught his sons and grandsons how to do plumbing and they worked alongside him for years, showing them what it meant to be a hard-working man that took care of his family. He was a strong, proud, and good-hearted man. He is loved so much and will be missed by many!
Donnie is preceded in death by father, Grover White; mother, Genell Abbott-White; brothers, Billy White, Jackie White, Buck White, Ricky White, and Randy White; great-grandchildren, Raleigh and Zander.
