Deborah Neal

Deborah Kaye Neal, 57, of Waco passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023. There will be a memorial visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 11 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.

Deborah was born September 21, 1965 to Donald Scott Sr. and Clara Devers in Waco, Texas. She attended China Spring where she graduated in 1984. After high school, she worked at Behrens for many years then went to work at American Life Insurance Company. Later in life she enjoyed helping others while providing in home health care. She enjoyed listening to Christian music, but above all she adored her two daughters and three grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Sr. and Clara Scott; ex-husband, Johnny Neal.

Deborah is survived by her daughters, Kristy Kemp and husband Kyle, Amanda Bush; grandchildren, Dshon Hill, Josalyn Hill, Madison Kemp; brothers and sisters, Don Scott Jr & wife Paula, Gary Scott & wife Judie, Randy Scott & wife Celeste, Denese Scott-Witt; along with eight nieces and nephews.
